Healthcare and Succession Readiness
In 2009, our team launched a survey, polling Board members and CEOs of hospitals in Washington State about the issue of leadership transition. The results of this research provided the hospital industry a definition of succession readiness and offered a baseline of the current status of succession readiness across Washington State.
